Glasgow Qigong Intro will be a short class to introduce people who have never tried Qigong or for those who have and want to enjoy a Qigong class.
Qigong focuses on health and well-being, directing and promoting the flow of Qi through the meridians. Although each of the exercises can be practiced individually, or in any variation, the set flows beautifully, from one posture to the next, producing a feeling of inner calmness and wellbeing.
The health benefits from Qigong become clear when they are practiced, properly, regularly and, in effect, you are being proactive with your health and well-being. Qigong is easy to learn and can easily be practiced in a restricted space where the Taiji forms would be impossible.
The Qigong Intro will be followed up by a 5 week course starting on Thursday 10th November at 7.30pm
